HaHaa .. while the Wife [the Cat] is in Europe.. Herman and Myself [the mice] will eat to our palette's pleasure .. Pasta e polpette means Spaghetti & Meatballs BUT polpette (our meatballs) are made with maiale, manzo e vitello (pork, beef and veal)... Tomatoes, veggies and herbs that made our Sugo (Gravy) came straight out of our garden.. As did the Firriao Olive oil drizzled as a finish,, PS: washed it down with Private reserve Chianti / as a norm, Nan restricts ALL my liquid & Caloric intake ... HaHaa
